Herm. Here's how I was looking at it. We're going to be interviewing a
fair amount of people, some of whom seem to be quite qualified. A test
like this isn't meant to make or break them, it's just meant to be
another gauge. That is, *other things being equal*, yould you rather
hire the gal who made it to question two or the one who made it to
question four?
I thought that if she made it through one and two, it would be safe to
assume she could also handle (more or less) your A/B/C questions (eg.)
too.
I guess I'm saying that my goal was to test applicants' *limits* rather
than just 'Are they above a certain baseline?'
I'm certainly not tied to the test idea, btw. Just pushing for it!
