John and Neil are excited about the Agfa status. They want to secure as much ownership as we'll permit to take advantage of our future success. Therefore, they are trying to get the whole enchilada for the initial round.
The paperwork (their loan agreements) will be processed by the end of this week, or the middle of next week. Then, it takes up to 10 days to get the money. This puts us at April 1st to 5th for delivering the funds to Antera.
Yikes.
