   Team,

Just to keep you up to date on early sales inititatives:

   Good:

Our man in Europe has been at the CEBIT show in Hanover. He reports that
many of the library manufacturers are talking in futuristic terms about
software that integrates multiple storage management functions. They just
don't know who will be providing it. (But we do...!)

   Better:

As many of you know, I've been working on some of the major library
manufacturers to deliver early "evangelism" towards packaging our software
directly with their products. I met with StorageTek's National Partner
   Manager for a company called Cranel.  (www.cranel.com;
www.adexisstorage.com). He was extremely impressed with our
implementation. Cranel has two divisions that resell products, one
focused on storage management technologies: Adexis, and the other focused
on imaging: Cranel Imaging. Both entities are $60M plus in annual
revenues. As they purchase $40M plus in StorageTek libraries, their
partner manager is setting up a meeting with Cranel's Chief Technology
Officer to present our technology. With StorageTek behind us, we will
seriously get their attention. Conversely, StorageTek may realize that
they are letting potential revenue escape, and will take a closer look at
incorporating our technology into all of their solutions.

   Best:

We had a conference call with Autologic, recently purchased by Agfa.
Autologic is their worldwide arm for newspaper publishing solutions. The
representative on the call controls emerging and storage technologies for
the company. After a long session, they are interested in taking a look
at our product when its ready, and joining our technology advisory board
in the interim. We are very pleased to get this type of validation in one
of our key vertical markets. And, even better, having the world's market
   leader on our technical board.

Things are just getting better all the time.

   hang in there team,

   Dan O
