I think it is safe to say, when people ask, that we expect the funds between the 17th and 20th of May.
I was in a rush to get the timeline out to you this morning. Here is another part of their email that I should have included.

All,
I'm disappointed that this is all the further along the investor group is with setting up their fund. I sounds to me like they went out and found places to invest in, put everyone on hold, and then started to do the paper work/process of creating the fund/accounts! What a joke. They should have had at least the newsletter stuff out long ago so that the investors would have been primed for the final sign up. The form letter offering doesn't go out till May 1st!
Well, I'm just venting! Maybe I'll feel better in a day or two.
I'm reading Perl books now.
BTW, what information in what we received is really to be kept private. I know friends will ask me when the money is coming in. Is it allowed to say that it is taking a while for the SEC of Europe and accounts to get setup or is this giving away too much information?
Kevin
P.S Thanks Perry, for the update.

Just got this from our friends in Europe. It has been sanitized to remove any references to persons living and dead, but please keep this to yourselves. It is not for public consumption.
