Okay, I'm almost positive that this is phase-shift keying.
Furthermore, since the waveform never changes amplitude, there are only
two positions. I think this is the case:
/\ /\
\/ is state A \/ is state B.
If you buy this, then I decoded the first 10 or so signals. The first
one is cut off, but is apparently the start of a B state. So...
BABABAABAABA
A "tit", if you will, signals a change from A to B or B to A. The lack
of a "tit" signals that you are going the same state. The points of
the "tits", or the zero-crossing of the signal are your asynchronous
timing. You read the state halfway between two zeros.
So, the string I decoded can be either
010101101101
or reversed
101010010010
