I was kinda expecting us engineer types would get a standalone interview
for the candidates that Perry most liked anyway.. If that's the case,
then I think all of us sitting in on the interview might be a little
daunting. If it's not the case, though, I would like to sit in also -
I'm sure I'll have a few cents about who we should hire..

Really? Do you not like the progressively-harder approach, or do you
think the questions should start easier? What sort of questions are you
thinking?
