I'd like to get tofether Monday and see how far we can get on the first pass of a work breakdown. We started one in my basement years ago but we need to revisit it. I'd like to try and get the work organized into 3-4 areas and then get people assigned/volunteered to work on an area. I know you're not ready to start yet and that you don't want to take the chance of working for free so I'm not going to ask you to. There are some that would like to get started and we need to get past this step before they can get started.
Can we meet Monday and start the WBS? I'll bring the sticky's and the pens.
