Okay, this is a two-phase PSK system, as described in this doc:

The picture at the bottom, you will find, looks identical to ours --
but it is labeled wrong.  Look in the text below for the correct
labels.  Anyway, the first line turns out to be this:

11110011001101110001100011100101

Or possibly inverted.  Now, we have to slide some frames along it to
see what fits.  A serial 'frame' is described here:
http://www.mathworks.com/access/helpdesk/help/toolbox/instrument/ch_seri6.shtml

We need to find patterns that match this:
 
   0nnnnnnn[n][p][[1]1]

Where the zero is a start bit, the n's are 7 or 8 data bits, the p is
the optional parity, and there are 0-2 stop bits.    Good luck!
