Date: Thu, 8 Mar 2001 08:49:17 -0800 (PST) Message-ID: <20010308164917.7054.qmail@web3707.mail.yahoo.com> To: mod-chal, cryptofreak dot org Reply-To: mdwyer, timestreamtech dot com For what it is worth, the signals look like phase-shift keying. I'll take a look at it later. Anyway, find out the total number of transitions, and figure out what it is divisible evenly by. Your 7+1 number is possible, but 8+1 is probably more likely. See if it is divisble by 8 or 9 evenly. Also, there may be a few extra signals in there to break up long strings of 0's. A certain number in a row become an BRK, so you must escape them somehow. ----- End forwarded message ----- -- Jay Miller ICQ: 32123421 | YM: ladenedge | http://www.cryptofreak.org PGP: 0xedc9bb8d | 41a6428c 46abd36b 6b259b68 8a28ca4c edc9bb8c -- This is the mod-chal mailing list.
