I'm ready to file, but we have an offer from a patent attorney to review them, make suggestions and file them for the same fee as I would pay just to file them. The only problem is that he's out of the office until Tuesday next week. His office said he would call me back before then. I guess he's on vacation at home this week. So... I guess I'll wait. I suppose I can take advantage of the time and start working on the third one. If you're interested in seing the final pdf, let me know and I'll send them to you. Don, I changed the field of invention to say "storage servers, including NAS, that blah blah blah." Hopefully that addresses your concern. I didn't however make them more general.
